Owings Mills, Md. - The Citizens for Jeffrey S. Yablon announce fundraising over $18,000 in the first month of Jeffrey Yablon’s campaign for State Senate in District 11.
“The level of fundraising after just one month of campaigning for Senate continues to encourage and humble me as I realize the strong support for my candidacy,” says Yablon, who currently owns and operates Huntington Title and Escrow, LLC, in Owings Mills. “Since joining the race in July, the high level of grassroots support from the district, and throughout Maryland, assures me that it’s time for change in Annapolis.”
“While my opponents fight for who leans more to the left, I stand in the middle with the residents of Baltimore County and Maryland working on positive solutions. I continue to encourage open dialogue with the voters to discuss how we can change Maryland for the better. I appreciate the overwhelming response to my campaign and will continue to talk with voters about the importance of character, integrity and putting the people first as
an elected official.”
The Citizens for Jeffrey S. Yablon launched the Web site,
www.jeffyablonforsenate.com, in early August to highlight Yablon’s positive vision for Maryland and his stance on issues such as education, safety, taxes and energy. It also provides biographical information and features a photo gallery of recent events, a calendar of upcoming events and an online donation feature which makes it easy for citizens to pledge their support.
Yablon announced his candidacy on July 27 in Owings Mills, flanked by Governor Bob Ehrlich and members of the Maryland GOP. Founder and owner of Huntington Title & Escrow, Yablon has been a practicing attorney in the state of Maryland since 1993. He participates in many political, philanthropic and religious organizations including serving as treasurer for the Baltimore Zionist District and a charter member of the Owings Mills-Reisterstown Rotary Club. Yablon also served as a member of the Presidential Congressional Committee for Small Business Affairs. He lives in Owings Mills with his wife, Paige, and two children.
